Return Policy
Only items purchased from Crossingfogsports.com within 30 days of the date of purchase can be returned or exchanged. All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, including manufacturer packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories. Please note that return shipping costs, as well as any customs duties or import/export taxes incurred, are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Special closeout items may be listed as “Final Sale”—these items cannot be returned.
Exchange Policy
If you decide you want a different size, color, or style, please set up a return for a refund and place a new order. Placing a new order now will expedite the arrival of your new item and help to ensure it won’t go out of stock. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive your return.
Refund Policy
For approved returns, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your item. The refund timeline may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment processor’s processing rules.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To start your return or exchange, please complete the online Contact Form (accessible via the “Customer Support” section of our website). In the form, please include:
- Your order number (found in your order confirmation email)
- Name of the product(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return/exchange (e.g., size mismatch, change of preference)
Our team will review your request within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding major holidays) and email you a confirmation with next steps, including details for shipping your item back.
