1. What Our Warranty Covers
We stand behind our products’ craftsmanship and quality. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, non-commercial use.
Examples include: broken stitching, defective zippers or buckles, or structural failures not caused by misuse.
2. Warranty Period
- All products are covered for 90 days from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.
- If proof of delivery is unavailable, the warranty period begins from the order confirmation date.
3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accident, misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
- Issues due to improper fit, care, or maintenance.
- Normal wear and tear (such as scratches, scuffs, fading).
- Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations.
- Damage from weather, environmental conditions, or use beyond the product’s intended purpose.
This warranty also excludes shipping costs, import duties, and taxes related to returns or replacements.

4. Warranty Claim Process
To file a warranty claim:
Contact us at [email protected] and include your order number, product name/model, purchase/delivery date, and clear photos showing the issue.
Our team will review your claim within 5 business days and confirm whether it is covered under warranty.
If approved, depending on your location and inventory availability, we will provide one of the following:
Repair of the product (if feasible)
Replacement with the same or an equivalent model
Refund of the purchase price (if repair or replacement is not possible)
If a return is required, we will provide shipping instructions. Unless otherwise agreed, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Shipping & International Considerations
All products are shipped from China.
Return shipments may be subject to customs inspections, duties, or taxes; these are the responsibility of the customer.
Return shipping times may vary by location and may take longer than domestic returns.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
Except where prohibited by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or damage to other property.
7. Customer Rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction. For example, in the EU, consumers are entitled to statutory rights under consumer protection laws, which are not affected by this warranty.
8. How to Maintain Your Warranty
To keep your product covered under warranty:

Keep the product clean and store it in a dry, suitable environment.
Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning tools.
Inspect your product after each use and report issues promptly.
